In this case report, we present a subject with primary amyloid myelopathy who presented featuring an unusual clinical presentation.

The subject's initial symptoms included severe weakness in the upper extremities, along and urinary incontinence. Cerebrospinal fluid analysis revealed elevated protein levels indicative of amyloid deposits. Brain imaging demonstrated characteristic lesions in the spinal cord consistent with primary amyloid myelopathy.

The treatment plan included supportive care, including physical therapy and medications to manage symptoms. Nevertheless treatment, the patient's condition continued to worsen. This case emphasizes the importance of considering primary amyloid myelopathy in the differential diagnosis of patients presenting with progressive neurological symptoms, particularly those with unilateral weakness.

We report a rare case of Crohn's disease in a 28-year-old male presenting with atypical symptoms. Further/Additional/Supplementary investigations included a chest X-ray which demonstrated diffuse/patchy/interstitial opacities consistent with pulmonary fibrosis. A high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) scan of the chest confirmed the diagnosis, revealing honeycombing/fibrotic bands/reticular opacities.

The patient underwent further tests/evaluation/assessments to rule out other potential causes/contributing factors/underlying conditions of pulmonary fibrosis.
